Rules and Creed

1.  I am responsible for  both my own safety and the safety of those around me. I will not willingly allow harm to come to myself our my training partners.

2.  I will treat everyone with respect regardless of background and experience.

3.  I will follow all safety protocols set forward by the instructors.

Creed: 

Where the blue waters meet the grey sky, I will be there. Where the  green forests meet the yellow sands, I will be there. Where the Eagle meets the salmon, I will be there. Where my family  and state meet, I will be there.
